Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled booking date and time.

  • Cancellations made with at least 72 hours' notice will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

  • Failure to attend or use a booking without notice ("no-show") will be charged 100% of the booking cost.​
